The Internet Service is great when it's working. But if there is a issue with a cut fiberoptic cable be prepared to be down 3 to 4 days. With possible issues later. So I'm happy when it's working but extremely disappointed with the repair services.

The installer was very thorough and patient. It was extremely hot and he never complained. He made sure my connections were optimal. He cleaned up and was very polite. Great experience and Great Customer service. Kinetic is SO much faster than Spectrum. Glad I switched

Had David who is probably without a doubt the best kinetic has when it comes to service guys. David is what you define as Top Notch customer service. He gets right on the job and stays in high gear until the job is done. It’s Good people like David in which a lot of company’s should be proud of. Better yet David is just not an employee. He is clearly what you call a person of considered an asset. Kinetic should be proud to have David. And to whom it concerns at kinetic please give David a raise or something to show you guys appreciate good help.

Tim, the Kinetic Tech who set up my internet was very polite and knowledgeable about the devices I connected to the internet. He was respectful and I hope everyone receives the warm, respectful service of setting up their internet that Tim displayed today. He even helped to troubleshoot my wireless printer. Thank you Tim and God bless you 🙏🏽.

Kinetic tech, Keith spent numerous hours today installing my fiber internet. Extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He was able to troubleshoot all problems along with customer support Sarah in Arkansas. Keith spent hours installing and making sure everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. Words cannot express my appreciation! Kudos to Keith! Can't say enough kind words about Sarah! She was easy to talk to and very customer service oriented. She was able to solve all issues that were encountered and did it in a patient, positive, kind way. She even did a call back to check to see if all issues were resolved on her end along with installation issues. She answered all my questions and was such a joy to have encountered! I could not have asked for anything more! Double kudos to Sarah in Arkansas!
